If you are reading this post, let me first say thank you and that I hope you find what I have written to be insightful and helpful in some way. Secondly, you will probably notice that it has been some time since I have written and though I thoroughly enjoy it, I have unfortunately not been able to find time to update it as frequently as I would like.
